DH: I definitely would. A career in the army develops self-discipline and improves self-confidence, which are all important tools for success. Additionally, there is no other career/institution that I can think of that forces you to grow up as quickly and develop leadership skills so early in your life. The intangible skills that you pick up while in the army are unparalleled. I clearly remember how disconnected I felt from many of my peers when I first came back from Sandhurst because I had grown so much in such a relatively short space of time.

An undervalued business is one that is up and running, producing a profit, but it is not living up to its full potential. Investors also look for one that fits their needs, including how much active time is required and whether it is something they are truly interested in and something they are knowledgeable about. Lance Hood, co-founder of Heartland Success recently discussed purchasing businesses with expert, Richard Parker. Richard pointed out the many advantages to purchasing an existing business, including immediate cash flow, historical financial data to evaluate the business, trained employees already in place and existing customers. Policies and procedures are already in place; trial and error time is in the past. With a new business, everything is new, there is no telling when cash will begin to flow, competent employees need to be recruited and trained and policies and procedures need to be worked out. A lot of advertising and marketing are necessary to get the word out to the public about what is being made available to them. The next question Lance asked was about how to find and undervalued business. Richard explained how lots of them exist; the simple answer is to look; check the internet, classifieds, talk to accountants, attorneys and bankers.
The Prime Minister officiated at the launch of the program and said in his speech, Healthy, intelligent and powerful citizens are one of Mongolias enduring resources. Each and every person has an innate talent or aptitude, but few achieve success using their gifts. Many of our people underestimate themselves, doubt their capacity and talents, and lead unfulfilled lives. This training course aims to teach Mongolian people effective ways to use their innate talents and potential for a better future. The initiator of the program, human rights lawyer, M.Ichinnorov, stated during the launch, One area in which Mongolia has lagged behind others over the past 20 years is undoubtedly the area of personal development. The key to success of world famous people has always been in their insight to their inner potential. This training course will not just provide information, it will give participants practical training in many methods to guide them on a path to success. The course will run for three months and will include 17 classes. Professional instructors and leading speakers are facilitating the course, which will teach people how to discover their potential, identify the important things in life, find a path leading to their dreams, eliminate bad habits, gain confidence, lead contented lives using their innate talents, reach success, and achieve financial independence. It is open to participants from all walks of life, including students, business persons, and civil servants. Mongolians living abroad have expressed their willingness to participate in the program.
